We are looking for an enthusiastic and calm person to be part of the B&NES Talking Therapies admin team, Hillview Lodge, Bath. We are a motivated, friendly and dynamic team and we are looking for someone who enjoys keeping busy.

The post holder needs to be an excellent team player and have the ability to prioritise and manage all requests in a timely manner. You will also be required to provide a full range of administrative support.

Experience of working with IAPTus would be an advantage, although full training will be given.

This role involves administration duties as well as telephone based work and therefore the post holder needs to have excellent telephone skills. Reception cover will also be required as part of this role, to include some evenings.

You will be the first point of contact for clients to self refer into the service which is done mainly by telephone. Additionally, part of the role is having the ability to maintain an accurate appointment system for all practitioners within the Primary Care Talking Therapies Team. The role involves managing elements of admin and data for the team as well as collating appointment letters and ensuring that they are sent out in a timely fashion. The role involves managing appointments on the system to include recording all details on the electronic patient system IAPTus.
