An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced suitably qualified practitioner to join our Team.
The post will involve working as a team member within a multi-professional highly motivated team. On occasions there will be the expectation for lone working.
The suitable candidate will have confidence to undertake this autonomous role within a high paced and challenging but rewarding environment. You will be expected to undertake comprehensive assessments and risk assessments of service users with acute mental illness in a community setting, and plan and implement effective home treatment closely supervising junior members of the team.
