We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to make real improvements to mental health services on a large scale.

Building on your existing clinical leadership skills, you will play a key role in developing our clinical effectiveness agenda to ensure we deliver the excellent, effective and innovative services our patients deserve, and our staff are committed to delivering.

This role will provide excellent developmental opportunities for aspiring Medical Directors. The successful applicant will join colleagues in the Medical and Nursing Directorates, focused on driving clinical improvement.

To support Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) representation in senior health and care roles, AWP is developing a positive action plan to ensure the widest and most diverse field of talent; so we are particularly keen to receive applications from people with a BAME background.
