An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fulltime B4 Recovery Coordinator to join our Recovery Team working with people with mental health difficulties in B&NES. The team comprises of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychiatrists, providing treatment and facilitating care pathways for our service users. We work closely with our local Therapies teams and in-patient wards as well as the Intensive and Hospital Liaison teams.
Recovery Coordinators in this team, offer a variety of psychosocial skills to service users, whilst working under the guidance of registered practitioners there is also the expectation of lone working. You will also provide care co-ordination for a caseload of service users that are allocated to you, as well as providing support to Care coordinators with service users on their caseloads that may need extra input or a piece of work completing.
We are looking for someone who has successfully undertaken the NVQ Level 3 in Mental Health or equivalent qualification or can demonstrate equivalent experience, is enthusiastic, has experience of working with people and families with mental health difficulties and are able to work under pressure.
You will be based at Bath NHS House. The team provides a service across Bath and North East Somerset to service users and the successful candidate will need to be able to travel across the area.
