Silver Birch Unit is a 19 bedded female adult acute mental health ward at Callington Road Hospital.

We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and organised Band 3 Ward Administrator to join our experienced and cohesive team. The Ward Administrator is a pivotal role in supporting the multi disciplinary team on a day to day basis with clerical and administrative duties to enable the delivery of quality care from the clinical team.

Communication with any professionals, service users, their friends and families who contact the ward is important part of the role as the ward administrator is often the first point of contact.

A willingness and ability to support the team with a wide range of administrative duties is also key and a flexible approach to supporting other teams on site at times is required.

The role is office based, within Silver Birch Unit, and is a full time position with contracted hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
