The Bristol Locality Management Team are looking for a proactive, organised and skilled administrator to join their busy team. You will be experienced, hardworking and looking for a challenge in which to excel.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract until the end of March 2021 with the friendly management team who are based at Callington Road Hospital in Brislington, Bristol.

This is an exciting and varied role and you will help to support the smooth running of the Bristol Locality Management Team workload, along with duties such as complex diary and email management, arranging meetings and taking minutes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues. You will have previous experience as an Administrator/Secretary with excellent organisational skills, high level of competency and proficiency in using different database and recording systems and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

A strong team player, you will also possess excellent communication skills and must be able to take responsibility for day-to-day planning and prioritisation of the teams workload, being proactive and enthusiastic in supporting the Bristol Operations Manager and Bristol Clinical Lead as well as Senior Managers. A commitment to personal and professional development and teamwork are all essential for this post.
