A new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and energised Assistant Estates Officer.  You will part of a small friendly team responsible for managing contracts across the Trust Estate in the Bristol and North Somerset Area.  In order to carry out the role you will be expected to travel to other sites in these areas on a regular basis.

You will be actively monitoring the quality of the maintenance provider, both reactively and proactively through environmental audits and reporting compliance standard levels to the Trust Management team.

This will involve visiting sites, liaising with Ward managers and working directly with Clinical teams to ensure that the needs of the environment are met.  There will be an expectation that you manage your own calendar to carry out audits and report through an internal system on a regular basis.

This role will also involve the management of small works and minor projects ensuring that they are completed appropriately and represent value for money.
