Are you interested in joining a large and enthusiastic occupational therapy team here in secure services, and somewhere to really flex your skills and learn further?

With us you will work closely with colleagues from the multi-disciplinary team, in order to provide a direct clinical service to in-patients with mental health needs (in either of our low or medium secure units). Your role will be focused in occupation; the length of stay of our patients allows OT staff a full opportunity to work clinically with patients, routinely undertaking all aspects of the OT process and employing a range of individual and group interventions with a recovery focus.

As well as a full time Band 5 Occupational Therapist, as well as the potential for another part-time post.

On joining the team, you will receive a comprehensive, structured induction package, and the chance to work with a supportive team in a unique and innovative environment, as well as the support you need, with regular supervision and appropriate training. The service actively promotes all aspects of continuing professional development.

You will receive regular supervision and depending on experience there is the opportunity to develop your supervision skills.
