The Trust is seeking a part time Specialty Doctor to join the South Gloucestershire Recovery Team based at Kingswood Civic Centre.

Kingswood is a suburb in South Gloucestershire, on the border of the City of Bristol. The suburb is situated 3.4 miles east-northeast of Bristol city centre so is a great place to live and work.

You will be allocated a case load and will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, and work under consultant supervision. This is an exciting opportunity to work along with a team consisting of a highly skilled group of professionals working with complex group of patients in the community. This post offers a great opportunity to develop skills in working with clinically challenging cases and also work closely along with other teams including Intensive support and Early Intervention services

The post includes one hour per week protected supervision time with the Consultant. Attendance at the weekly postgraduate programme is encouraged. The timetable offered is flexible.

You must have completed at least 4 years’ full time post graduate training (or its equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis), at least 2 years of which has been in Psychiatry. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and show you can work collaboratively in a team.
