Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire. We also provide specialist services extending throughout the south west.

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health have a vacancy for a housekeeper at their Colston Fort, Clifton satellite unit. The position is for 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 08.00. pm –11.00 pm. To help with this service we are looking for an enthusiastic and methodical worker who is able to use their initiative, and be part of a team.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
