Are you someone who enjoys working across agencies?

Are you someone who is passionate about providing early mental health support to children and young people?

Do you thrive on change and have experience of setting up new services?

If so we are looking for you.

Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos (BNSSG) are excited to have been awarded three Mental health Support Teams (MHST) and we are looking for a senior CAMHS clinician to set up and manage these teams. alongside providing support to the Front door to CAMHS, the Getting Advice Service.

We are looking for someone with the skills, experience and drive to ensure that this project is successfully implemented. This is an opportunity to set up a new service from scratch whilst developing your leadership skills.  As this is a joint project with off the record in Bristol you will have the best of both worlds, drawing on the creativity of OTR and having the back-up of an established mental health trust and the support this brings.  You will also be supported by a dedicated Project Manager and a Team Manager.

As part of the leadership team in AWP there are opportunities for peer support with colleagues, to be supported to access leadership training and access to wellbeing supported.

Interviews to be held in September and candidate starting in November.
