Are you an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic mental health practitioner? Are you interested in helping develop the quality of the service we provide to our service users and family and friends. If so secure services may have a role to offer you you’re the next stage in your career.

We have a vacancy for a senior practitioner, you would join our quality and performance team, working closely with the clinical teams to monitor, review and assist in improving our services. Quality is at the heart of all we do and the senior practitioner role is a key part of this provision.

You will need good communication skills, an ability to developing strong working relationships with all aspects of the MDT. An ability to adapt and problem solve will be essential.

A knowledge of secure services is desirable but not essential. We encourage you to make contact to find out more if you are interested.
