We are looking for a Registered Mental Health or a Registered General Nurse who wish to work with adults On Acer Unit, Substance Misuse Detoxification Unit Specialised Services. The staff nurse post is an exciting position as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals that work to ensure that the clinical, environmental and social needs of our service users are met.  They are also very much involved in the therapeutic support and physical health support to enable service users to get into Substance Misuse Recovery.  Our role is to work collaboratively with individuals to empower them in their recovery and enable them to become more well and 'Have a Life Worth Living'.  Experience of having worked in Substance misuse is desirable but not essential. The team on Acer Unit is committed to the continuing professional development of all staff and has a supportive training and supervision programme in place.
