Bristol Autism Spectrum Service (BASS) are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join an innovative and expanding team working with adults with autism in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset. The primary focus of the post will be around the diagnosis and management of adults with ASC, and the post-holder will be expected to make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of a variety of novel, evidence-based assessment and treatment paradigms, optimised for use with this client group.

Additionally, the successful candidate will on occasion become involved in the provision of a range of other services undertaken by the team, including: the training and supervision of other professionals across the care pathway, clinical audit, research and development, and post-diagnostic support to users and carers.

Experience of working with adults with ASC is essential, and good written and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Supervision will be provided by an experienced Consultant Psychologist.
