We are recruiting an CAMHS practitioner Band 7 (0.5wte) to join our Camhs Triage Assessment and Outreach team (CTAO) in the role of deputy team manager.

This post within the team is to support the development of an intensive outreach team in camhs and provide management support to existing service. 

We provide 2 main functions as a team - mental health assessments to young people who present in hospital and intensive support to young people who present in crisis.

The role involves working evenings till 10pm and weekend working on a rota basis.

We are a supportive and cohesive team currenting developing to meet the needs of young people who present in crisis  and are part of the wider camhs transformation.

The post holder will join a well-established, community based, multidisciplinary team offering a mental health service to children and young people

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills within a committed team who are passionate about improving the lives of children and young people, and their families. The successful candidate will receive good support structures and training.
