We are looking for two experienced Mental Health Practitioners who have an interest in perinatal mental health to join a newly developing, dynamic and innovative team in the role of Care Coordinator.

This post is open to any professional with an appropriate registration (RMN, OT or SW)

You will have significant experience of post qualification experience at Band 6 or equivalent and demonstrate passion around working alongside women and their families with complex mental health needs during the perinatal period.

The service covers BaNES, Wiltshire and Swindon. We work on a "Hub and Spoke" model where the hub is in Chippenham (where the team meeting is held on a Tuesday) and spoke sites are in Swindon, Salisbury and Paulton BaNES.  Whilst you will work in an identified part of the patch, cross area working may be required.  We will consider people who have an interest to work in Salisbury/South Wiltshire, North Wiltshire or BaNES.

Please be aware this post requires significant amounts of travel at times.

This is a 12 Month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract opportunity to cover Maternity Leave - One full time and one 30 hour position. Please make sure you have the support of your line manager before applying.
