Band 5 recovery practitioner – North East Wiltshire CMHT
Due to internal developments, an opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic mental health nurse to join the North East Wiltshire CMHT. The team has covers two sites, green lane hospital and Chippenham and staff can be based on which site fits their needs best. The team works Monday to Friday with the core hours of 9-5 and covers a large geographical area. We are a friendly and supportive team. We actively support and promote remote working, where appropriate, and the successful candidate will be provided with the facilities to achieve this.
We accept applicants who are about to qualify and have completed this many times with newly qualified staff. A dedicated Preceptor will be identified to work alongside the successful applicant. They will be supported to progress their career to a more senior role within the team if they wish. This vacancy is for a full time position although job share and part time hours can also be considered. The team works with both working age and older adults experiencing serious mental health problems or disorders, although care co-ordinators typically work within their own preferred speciality. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in working with people towards their recovery. With this you will receive regular supervision and support from the senior practitioner and colleagues in the team.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
