The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing evidence-based high intensity therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to people with Long-Term Health Conditions such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome/ME, fibromyalgia, diabetes, weight management and COPD. This work will include both one-to-one therapy and facilitating psycho-educational courses. The post-holder will also provide clinical supervision for IAPT staff and contribute to staff training and development. The role will involve helping to continue the development and expansion of the Long-Term Health Conditions Wellbeing Service through engaging, supporting and liaising with healthcare professionals.

You will be involved with, and receive, ongoing in-service training and supervision.
