AWP Green Lane Hospital is looking to recruit a housekeeper to join our hotel services team supporting clinical care by ensuring a clean and safe environment for our service users, staff and visitors.

You will be based on The Daisy our care unit at Green Lane for people with learning disabilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and methodical person who is able to use their initiative and work as part of a team ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved.

You will also be involved with the preparation and service of food & beverages to our service users as well as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within our kitchen areas.

A flexible approach will be required to meet the needs of our service users and the Unit. Good communication skills are essential, experience of catering and / or housekeeping is an advantage.

The post is :-

Part time 15 hours, Saturday & Sunday worked 10.00am- 6.00pm

Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage, you will be able to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions, be able to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised.
