We have an opportunity for someone to join the Primary Care Mental Health Team at HMP Eastwood Park which is made up of Non Medical Prescribers and a Social Prescriber. Your main responsibility will be completing triage assessments, supporting women in managing primary care mental health needs and working closely with other disciplines in a trauma informed environment.

The Primary Care Mental Health Team work alongside colleagues from Crisis Team, Therapies, Dual Diagnosis Practitioner, Admin, Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, Psychiatrists and Students. We also work very closely with non health colleagues and physical health professionals.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated Mental Health professionals to join our team.

We are keen to work with staff interests not only to enhance our services but to support and invest in our staff to provide job fulfilment.

We are committed to offering training and development in therapeutic intervention and management skills and are dedicated to encourage and support staff to specialise in areas of specific interest within mental health 

This exciting new role will be based within HMP Eastwood Park and although we are unable to facilitate visits at this time we would recommend ringing for more information.

The service is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
