An opportunity has arisen within our Ashdown team and we are seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 clinical services administrator.

The post holder should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with telephone calls, emails and face to face interactions from service users, carers, staff and other professional bodies, as well as outside organisations and members of the general public.

You will be working as part of a busy ward team as the administrator, supporting the inpatient clinical team with undertaking admin tasks including taking minutes, filing, scanning and ordering.

The role will require attention to detail and be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel. There will be an expectation to undertake training on additional computer systems.

You will need to be able to prioritise and organise your own workload in order to ensure effective and efficient support to clinical staff and the team.

The post will be required to work 15 hours a week over two days, based at Fountain Way, Salisbury. However there may be a need for you to work from other sites on occasions and so would ask that you are flexible and able to travel when required to do so
