An opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Team manager in the South Wiltshire Acute Hospital Liaison Team based at Salisbury District Hospital.

We require an experienced, well-motivated and dynamic Team Manager with proven leadership skills. You will be a confident and experienced mental health clinician, who will work across the acute general hospital to provide leadership to staff delivering mental health assessments, care and advice, to patients of all ages, in both the Emergency Departments and in-patient wards.

The service also ensures a high contribution to culture change within the hospitals teams in considering the psychological and psychiatric health needs of their patients and effective opportunity to help educate through training and teaching programs.
