Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire. We also provide specialist services extending throughout the south west.

Band 7 Senior Practitioner (Nurse) Post – for Inpatient Services at Fountain Way Hospital covering Beechlydene - Acute Admission and Ashdown - Male PICU

This is a fixed-term/secondment for 9 months.

If you are an internal candidate on a substantive contract you may only apply for a secondment. Please ensure you have the support of your current line manager before applying.   At the end of your secondment you will return to your current post at your current grade.

Do you have excellent clinical standards, are you effective, supportive, and a confidant in leadership and leading by example. Are you Passionate to act as an advocate for the reduction of stigma associated with mental health? If so we would love you to join our team.

As well as supporting you to build on your experience of a clinical practitioner you will also be working alongside the Team manager ensuring that all staff have a robust induction programme , individual appraisals , preceptorship, mentorship , clinical and managerial supervision and support mandatory and statutory training.
