A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Wiltshire Senior Management Team to support our services to take service user and carer involvement to the next level.

Wiltshire have started to embed principles of service user and carer co-production in our quality improvement and service improvement projects. We have recently developed increased opportunities for service user and carer involvement in many aspects of our services. We continue to support service user and carer involvement and support groups across Wiltshire.

We are looking for a part time Locality Involvement Worker to join our small and friendly Senior Management Team and work alongside our existing Locality Involvement Worker to increase our capacity to support involvement. The post holder will work across Wiltshire but with a focus on the South Wiltshire area.

Are you friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and energetic? If you have experience of either working within or using services and have a passion for encouraging and supporting more service user and carers to get involved then this is job for you.

The right candidate will be supported through supervision from the Locality Clinical Lead and also on the job training with the existing Locality Involvement Worker; so if you have the right attitude and motivation then we can support you in developing into the role.

If you would like to know more about the role then get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
