Primary Care Liaison  SWINDON

PERMANENT

The Swindon Primary Care Liaison Service is the first point of access to Mental Health Services in Swindon. The team is busy with a high number of referrals into the team and telephone calls from professionals, service users and carers.

We are looking for a self motivated person who can work under pressure using their administrative skills to support the smooth running of the team. The role involves answering the phone and dealing with queries, arranging and changing of appointments, monitoring performance, processing of referrals and discharges and all general administrative tasks.

Strong Attention to Detail

Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs; and sufficient typing skills
