The Swindon Recovery Service is pleased to offer a secondment opportunity for a Senior Practitioner role.  We are looking for an experienced practitioner to work alongside the existing team management to enhance and support the work of highly skilled professionals.  The post holder will be based at Chatsworth House which is at the heart of Swindon. If you are a Registered Mental Health Nurse, OT or Social Worker who is passionate about Recovery and improving people's experience of mental health, this is a fantastic opportunity. You will be able to work in a challenging and diverse role with great reward. You will be joining an experienced and friendly multi-disciplinary team who value working in a supportive working environment. This is echoed by a visible and accessible management team who prioritise supportive supervision and commit to staff training and development.

We are looking for someone with:

Significant experience of working within mental health services, ideally within a community setting. 

Excellent clinical skills.

Experience of supervising junior staff. 

Passion and commitment to high standards of clinical care.  

A drive for innovation and quality improvement.
