Are you a compassionate nurse who would like to make a difference in the lives of patients suffering from any form of Dementia.

If so why don't you apply for a job on Liddington ward which is a 14 bedded ward caring for both males and females many of whom lack capacity and have severe cognitive impairment so they need caring passionate staff to support them and be their advocate.

The ward is situated at The Victoria Centre on the Great Western Hospital site. All patients have their own bedroom with an ensuite.  The ward is very bright and welcoming with two sitting rooms, a modest sized dining area and a large communal area that patients can wonder round and step outside into a court yard for fresh air. The ward has one large court yard, one small garden and another larger garden that patients can walk round with staff or family.

The unit also has a Therapy Kitchen, An Art Room, A small Gym, and an OT activity room that patients as part of their therapeutic activity programme can enjoy.
