We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy LIFT Psychology Swindon IAPT team based on the 2nd Floor of Swindon Old Town surgery to provide part time, secretarial /administrative support services. The post holder will have contact with service users and members of the public and have an important role in helping the service to run efficiently.

Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive secretarial skills, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative and within a team.

Computer Literacy Skills: current in (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) or proven equivalent ie ECDL is essential.

 Qualifications required: RSA typing/Word processing Stage II or equivalent.
