The Team are currently looking to recruit to its already expanding base, for flexible and diverse staff to help populate shifts in the Swindon and Wiltshire areas’ with the opportunity to access assignments throughout the trust if desired.
With initial and ongoing training, supernumerary/ shadow shifts available, Regular Supervision and a management team committed to supporting the Bank Workers with integrating with our Substantive workers, Paid annual leave and access to the NHS Pension scheme to name just a few of the perks available working for an NHS Organisation such as AWP.
