We are seeking an enthusiastic, professionally registered mental health practitioner, with experience or a proven interest in working with older adults, to join the Wiltshire care home liaison service.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the specialist mental health assessments and interventions for people over 65, who reside in registered care homes. This role will include participating in the delivery of specialist advice, support, and training for care staff working in care homes. 

The service operates Monday-  Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm and you will be required to work across Wiltshire.
